The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
