Dr Winston hands out free pills to beautiful girls in their 20's when I saw him on February 7th I hsd to wait 20 minutes. 3 young ladies walked up to the counter and received a bag of medications. No charge. Is he seeing these young ladies for free drugs, cause I have to pay for mine.
