They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
