They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
