NO LONGER LOCATED AT THIS ADDRESS, AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS ARE WRONG. None of the websites displaying information for this doctor's office had a correct address, and several had incorrect telephone numbers. His website had been disabled, too. Contact information for this doctor needs to be updated.

I was sent to another office at Four Corners, but his practice had moved from that location, too. Tried calling the correct number for his office several times to request directions to the new location, but the phone went unanswered or trunked over to voicemail. Letter carrier delivering mail gave me directions to the new office.

From time of check-in 10 mins. before my appt., I had a 25 minute wait in the lobby. After I was taken back to the exam room, I had a 23 minute wait for the doctor; the nurse never checked on me during my wait, nor did she mention the doctor was running close to an hour behind schedule. I work for a living, so my time is money, too. The staff at the check-in desk failed to mention the long delay, too, although they were quick to ask for my co-pay and insurance card.

The doctor was very polite and helpful, although somewhat soft spoken and hard to hear at times. Asked questions, took notes, looked at the list of medications I brought to the appt. and was genuinely concerned when he could not find my medical history in the chart. (I am not a new patient, but it's been a while since I was in his office.) His staff seriously needs to improve their people skills and their level of customer service. They lack professionalism and came across as completely incompetent - especially while gossiping at the front desk in front of patients in the lobby.

During my exam, the doctor recommended a change to one medication and wrote a prescription. He gave it to his nurse with instructions for her or the front desk fax it to the drug store immediately so I could pick it up that afternoon and begin taking it the same night. My prescription was never sent to the drug store. It was mislaid in the office, and I had to make another trip back to the office the following day to pick it up so I could hand carry it to the drug store and have it filled ASAP. No apologies from the nurse or staff at the front desk. Very unprofessional and extremely poor people skills. Makes me wonder if the doctor is aware of these problems.

During my check-up, the doctor ordered lab work and a fasting blood draw. Said his nurse or front desk staff would fax the order to a nearby clinic so I could get my blood drawn when the clinic lab opened at 7 AM the following morning. Staff never sent the order. I phoned the office and left multiple messages about the oversight. When my call was returned late that afternoon I was assured the lab order would be faxed immediately. Second trip to lab - no lab order from the doctor's office. More unanswered calls to his office. Same thing on day 3. FINALLY got lab work done on day 4 after I drove back to the doctor's office and picked up the order to hand carry to the lab. Staff was neither apologetic, nor did they much seem to care that the doctor's order for lab work wasn't at the lab each time I went there. Again, very unprofessional.

Parking lot at the current location is VERY small and fills quickly during the day. Availability of handicapped parking is MINIMAL, and stall was always full - usually with a vehicle that did not have a handicap plate or placard in the windshield. Lot is sloped, which makes it difficult to navigate for anyone with balance or walking issues. No automatic door opener, so be prepared to open a heavy door without assistance if you don't bring a companion to your appt.
