The office staff were rude uncaring, downright nasty especially Dominique. She was so rude and offensive I left crying. How can anyone take pride in their practice when they hire unprofessional, rude and nasty office personnel. I guess you get what you pay for with uneducated, impolite mininimum wage earners who could care less about a patient. Perhaps hiring a medical or office professional would go a long way in this practice.
