If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. You have to repeatedly ask for copies, authorizations, etc. because their office practices are not very good. The prices were very fair; however, you don't get the care you pay for. They probably need to update their office equipment sometime soon. Everything seems usable, but is all very old and outdated. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Scheduling is extremely problematic. The telephone doesn't always get answered. You have to repeatedly telephone hoping that someone will finally answer. During a recent hospitalization, the attending physician attempted to telephone this office to speak to the doctor. He told me that no one ever answered the phone or even called him back when he'd left a voicemail message.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
