Where do I start? She not only didn't listen to or validate my concerns, she made very inflammatory remarks, insisted my problem was a bacterial infection despite several tests which showed no evidence of infection, and subjected me to the roughest physical exam I have ever experienced. I have never shed tears due to rough handling on an exam table before! She simply dismissed my pain, and I left her office vowing never to return. I have never been treated so rudely by a professional.

First let me start by saying that if I could have given this doctor NO STARS, I gladly would have-- consider my 1 star listed here as an unwilling participant. Jennifer Brown is by far the worst, most unprofessional, and potentially harmful doctor I have every had the DISpleasure of seeing-- and trust me, I've seen LOTS of doctors. I was new to Midlothian Family Practice, and had high hopes; one pushy, rude receptionist, a crowded waiting room and over an hour later, I was brought into her dingy, cramped treatment room, and that's where the "fun" began. Dr. Brown's "bedside manner" -- or should I say, lack thereof -- left EVERYTHING to be desired. She was rude, unenthusiastic, and at times downright awkward; she would let the conversation drop or trail off, her questions were uncomfortable, and she rarely made eye contact, if ever. She treated an incredibly sensitive and delicate personal health matter of mine with all the grace and discretion of a bull in a china shop; I left feeling violated, offended, insulted, uncomfortable, and near tears. If you care about your well-being, mental, physical or both, DO NOT give your valuable time to Dr. Brown. You will regret it! Find a doctor who's professional and courteous, not slovenly and cold. SHE IS AWFUL!!!!
