Very incompetent MD - a strange one

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
Dr. Carl is a good doctor, but she her examination is so quick that there is barely enough time to answer any questions. She will, in fact, take all the time needed to answer any question that you are prepared to ask, just be prepared when you come in, otherwise you are in and out there in 15 min. For one symptom, "Dupuytren's contracture", she barely gave me time to ask questions, saying simply it was not an condition that she treated. In fact, it does appear on dermatology pages, for example, in webmd.com. She gave me the name of a reputable doctor to consult, so I cannot say she neglected the problem, but I could barely even pronounce the condition and I had little time to formulate additional questions in my head. I went home to do more research ... she could have, for example, perhaps told me where to find more information. I would have appreciated that. I am a long term patient; I would only ask Dr. Carl to practice her listening skills. The appointment time is of course limited, so I would like her to hear and make notes of my complaints in the time.
