I went in concerned about hip pain that forced me to stop running recently. Within 4 minutes of meeting me, he told me that I needed to lose weight in order to keep my blood pressure down. I have a family history of high blood pressure, although mine is fine/low and I am still within the healthy weight range (although near the top of it according to BMI). He didn't ask me anything about my eating or exercise habits and did not take into consideration muscle mass. He also wanted me to take a cholesterol test. He is a little alarmist for my liking and was concerned about things that didn't require any concern yet.
