I could tell that they really cared about all of their patients, and didn’t just treat them like numbers. They didn’t rush my appointment at all, and made sure every question I had was answered before I left. There was sufficient parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Everyone in my community knows that they are among the best in the field.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I never have to worry about them using old or outdated equipment. Their equipment is high-quality and very advanced.
