They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The front office staff seem to have some type of attitude problem and are not very friendly. Their customer service is terrible. I wonder why they are employed there when they provide such terrible customer service. The other staff is great...I dread my appt dates when I have to deal with the front office ladies. I will be leaving this office due to their rudeness and unprofessionalism! I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
