I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. When I asked for some additional details, they ridiculed me and said my question was stupid. I couldn't believe how rude they were.
