The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there.
