I have never had any problem with the Doctor, I only had problems when no one ever returned blood draw results. I would call several times before it seemed to be trouble to give me the results.

They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They mentioned a couple of side effects that may result from my medication, but the benefits were really emphasized. I could have used a little bit more info about the risks and benefits of my treatment. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They didn't seem to know much about my medical history or pre-existing conditions. I had to explain everything, which was very inconvenient.
