Rate ess than ZERO.. Worst doctor ever!!. Super judgmental and critical. No patient attention at all. Decides before she meets a patient how she will dictate treatment. Doesn't ask questions. Looks at pre exam form questions/answers and determines if she likes you or Not. She clearly lets her personal failures dictAte her patient prescriptions. Thinking she's a scorned wife with an axe to grind. Save urself ladies. Go to another dr!

I have had more then one problem at Dr. Rivero's office and I have only been going there since late 2009. My first problem occurred about my fourth month seeing her when I started having complications with the prescription she had given me. She argued with my that since there were no complications in the first month she didn't see it necessary to change it. I had to basically force her to give me a different one. The next problem I had was her office sending the wrong prescription to be refilled at my pharmacy which took an excessive amount of complications to fix the problem including waiting almost two weeks for the right one. After they sent the right prescription they had me come in and they notated in nearly a dozen different areas to give me the one I was currently taking. The same exact problem has occurred a second time once again from her office sending the wrong prescription to be refilled. among these problem I have also had complications with no compensation of getting my prescription to last me long enough for while I would be out of the country where they refused to give me one month extra in advance. Also since I am a student away from home I've had several complications requesting extensions on prescriptions for while I'm still at school and unable to come in for my yearly check up on time. She is generally a good doctor although a little on the preachy side of what I do with my body (such as has a cigarette ever now and then as a social smoker. We're talking less than 2 cigarettes a month.) But if you're okay with you prescription not ready for you for a bs reason every now and then for a week or two and okay with her being condescending and okay with having to be perfectly punctual about your yearly check ups then she's the perfect doctor for you.
