Dr. Heitkamp did a spinal fusion on my neck when it was discovered I had a bulge in my disc in 1996 or 1997. He did a great job! He and his staff including his wife who worked in the office at the time were very professional and congenial. I was very apprehensive about having spinal surgery. I sought a second opinion from Dr. Carlos Acosta who confirmed Dr, Heitkamp's findings and the necessity for the surgery. I felt very informed as to what to expect and was extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Heitkamp's a great surgen and a heck of a nice man.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The waiting area here is rather cramped. Because of not doing up to date tests I am left with what should have been avoidable problems from my shunt that was neglected.
