They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still felt that the whole picture of my health mattered little. I usually get the appointment time I want. While they did answer some of the questions I had, I still felt at a loss for information at the end of the visit. I would go for routine cold, etc but not for anything else. The nurse, Mary, is particularly dense and has the worst bedside manner ever. Lab work results are never reported to me. I have to call them.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes before seeing Dr. Warren, and she is very attentive to my needs and answers my questions thoroughly and respectfully.
