I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They do treat each other with respect from what I have seen during my visits with them. The staff for most parts have been great. Although I did have 1 instance in which my prescriptions were called to the wrong pharmacy and no one caught the mistake until the very next day when I was following up on it again. The unfortunate thing is that it happened the one time that I was in excruciating pain. This was not the time to make mistakes. What was so upsetting is that I called in 3 times and each time I was told it is done but no one went the extra mile to check where and Of course I assumed they were doing it right. I was not in my full senses or I would have asked where and not assume it was done correctly. I do want to point out though that I still trust in them because to err is human and it has been the only time over the years I have been with Dr. Fredrick.
