Was a first and last time patient all in the same day. Got there 15 minutes prior to appointment to fill out paperwork. Didn't get new patient forms until 5 minutes before scheduled appointment time. Filled them out and handed back to receptionist who called everyone Mr and Mrs but called me by wrong name. Watched several patients that came in 15, 20 and even 30 minutes after I got there see the doctor and leave. Finally after 1 1/2 hours after I arrived got to see a nurse practitioner and that was the biggest joke ever. She showed no patient care skills and recommended I return for a follow up visit in 3 months to see if the treatment she prescribed would work. Are you kidding? I went in there seeking a professional diagnosis on a skin and scalp condition only to get a told what it sounds like I may have instead of actually getting a diagnosis. Actually I felt discriminated against when I saw new patients that came in after me get seen before me. That's a major concern. They may as well put a sign up that says "no African Americans allowed" because that's the way they made me feel. The practitioner didn't listen to anything I said but said she couldn't tell so why didn't she seek another opinion. Was a total waste of my time
