I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

Outstanding doctor with very friendly, professional staff. Dr. Rubano is a great listener and genuinely cares about her patients. She is thorough in her diagnosis and is good about referring you to a specialist if needed. I couldn't imagine seeing anyone else!
