It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. She forgot to look you in the eyes, typing on the laptop is not one on one with your patient. They seem to think everyone is a drug addict. She is not understanding to women who are in pain,under a great deal of stress. She is uncaring. She also forgot whom her patients were from Gray's Four Corner day's.
