The office environment was fine. Appointment wait time/backlog was multiple weeks which doesn't help explaining when something hurts NOW. Had knee surgery (at 32) due to bad pain a(tendon tear) with immobility/limited use and after 2-years of putting up with pain and testing out the results, the pain is basically the same. Why was it not fixed correctly the first time for such a common problem? Makes me skeptical of the system...maybe he wanted me back for another surgery and health care claim? It's just annoying I am still affected on a daily basis limping around like a 70 year old not able to play with my kids too well eventhough I already went through the surgery.
