They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
