This practice is not patient focused. Your experience will be awful from the first call, to schedule your appointment. Forget it, if you have to reschedule their lives are more important. The staff is not friendly at all. The worst part of the bad experience is the practice charges you $15.00 to leave (well to send your records). What a scam. They call them themselves Women focused, they need some lessons from the Center for Womens Health. I have lived in several cities and dealt with real practices that do not charge their patients to send records.
