The nurse here was absolutely horrible, rude, and definitely unprofessional. She did not lose her attitude until I told her that she needed to lose her attitude and that she was supposed to be professional. The doctor was more concerned about the cost to do a procedure and change me to a more comfortable birth control (because of my insurance) than he was about my comfort or well-being. Than he left (after I had already waited for about 45 minutes) and did not say he was not going to do the exam at all. The nurse came in about 10-15 minutes later to tell me that the doctor was not going to see me at all.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
