Overall, I am fairly satisfied with the office management and facilities, but unfortunately, the wait times to actually see the doc are usually extensive, ie 45 minutes on average and more if later in the day. Unfortunately, I also don't think he (or most other doctors) spend enough time with their patients including me and suggest he reduce his number of appointments. He is usually rushed, doesn't listen enough, and usually forgets many details about medications prescribed by him.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
