I really, really, really like Dr. Lin. She is the first female gynecologist I've had on a regular basis. She's kind, courteous efficient & through. She offers suggestions and leaves it up to you if you want to pursue those. Her staff are all very kind and professional. I can not stress enough how pleased I am with her demeanor. I've been to a gynocologists/nurses who paid as close attention as Dr. Lin does. She shows me respect and listens to what I say. That alone is priceless! Until I'd gone to Dr. Lin, I didn't realize how disrespectful, cold, or dismissive other practioners are.

PS The office is now on Progress Drive just around the corner.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
