Whenever I've visited their office, the wait is always terribly long. Why even have an appointment? I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful or more gentle. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called or asked. They weren't helpful at all. They will find every way possible to milk your insurance co for money.They usually return my call within a couple days. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. As a matter of fact the lady responsible for scheduling appts is rude and could care less if they see you or not.
