It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. The equipment desperately needs to be updated. It looks like it has been decades since they upgraded their office.
