Dr. Forsyth barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. In fact, I was given wrong adresses to Labs for blood work. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. The office is not clearly labeled. The interior of the office looked like something from the 1950s., very outdated and in need of modernization. There were cockroaches in and around the building.

They had forms that they made you sign agreeing to alot of extra charges - extra charges for missed apopintments not canceled w/i 48 hours; extra charges for requests for the practice to fill out forms or write letters; extra cahrges for rpescription changes, three conditonis which were confusing and didni't make alot of sens. The form went on and on about the tremendous administrative burdens thrust upon them (their language), whcih forced them to pass these extra costs onto the patient. The form complained about how they were not being reimbursed at the levels they should be by the insurance companies.

Basically, I took it as, we are not making enough money, so we are finding ways to charge you over and above what the insurance companies allow.

The staff was friendly. But the Dr. was a major jerk. Walked in an hour past the apoointment time. Kept telling me to hurry up, just answer the questoin, and he didn't have time for all this becasue he was runnign behind. First class jerk.
Very rude and borderline hostile towards me when i did not follow his commands to the letter. Definitely NOT PROFESSIONAL in any sense of the word.

I highly reccommend, if you have health insurance, find somewhere else to go.
