He seems stuck in the past, treating only fit patients. I was not confident that he had any idea what was wrong with my health. The staff is extremely reliable and friendly. He briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Gave me pain pills, but didn't make the effort to find the source of my pain. I feel like my appointment was pointless and I felt worse when I left. He didn't tell me what the treatment was for and never gave me a firm diagnosis, just some fast talk. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Tried to pass the buck to the specialist when my health failed.
It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
