I was glad that they gave me a cost estimate before my actual procedure. I was able to budget and plan for my procedure, and didn't get any unexpected bills afterward. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was really glad that I was able to meet and talk to the surgeon that would be performing my procedure, before my actual procedure. I felt a lot more comfortable going into surgery, knowing who the surgeon was and what they were like. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons.

I HAD SURGERY WITH DR FOSTER, SEEMED VERY NICE A COMPETENT. DID A UNBELIEVABLE BAD JOB ON MY EYES. OTHER DR'S COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT I ONLY HAD MY EYES DONE AND HE MISSED HALF THE FAT AND LEFT SKIN HANGING. HE AND HIS STAFF TRIED TO TELL ME HE DID A GOOD JOB! I HAVE SEEN WORK THAT HE HAS DONE THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL. SO WHAT THIS SAYS TO ME IS DR FOSTER IN INCONSISTANT IN HIS ABILITY AND WORK. WAS VERY DEPRESSED AFTERWARDS THAT I HAD GONE THROUG THE SURGERY AND LOOKED WORSE AFTERWARDS. WOULD NEVER GO BACK OR REFERE ANYONE TO HIM,.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
