They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
