Services Urgent Care by Lifetime Health offers same-day appointments in Rochester and Buffalo, NY to meet your acute health needs. We operate urgent care centers in NorthEast Rochester (near Irondequoit), Greece and Brighton/Henrietta in Rochester, and Downtown Buffalo, Amherst, West Seneca and Hamburg in the Buffalo area.

Urgent care centers are meant to be an alternative to the Emergency Room when your doctor is not able to see you, but your illness is not life-threatening. (Life-threatening problems like severe difficulty breathing, chest pain, symptoms of a stroke or a severe injury need to be seen in an Emergency Room.)

Urgent Care by Lifetime Health is different than all other local urgent care centers because we allow you to call in advance and schedule a time to be seen. Rather than walking in and facing a long line of people, we allow you to do most of any waiting in the comfort of your own home. When you call, your problem is reviewed by a Registered Nurse (RN) to make sure the problem is likely able to be taken care of in an urgent care center, or advise you if you should proceed directly to an Emergency Room. Phone lines open at 11am weekdays, and 8am weekends.
