I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

No. I still haven't talked to them.
