They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Dr,Russell Silverman was called in to St.Joseph's Hospital ER to treat me after a retaliation labor law discrimination assault. Portions of my Emergency room records went missing under his care. NYS Dept.of Health OPMC/Bureau of Hospital did an investigation on him & located part of my emergency room records in his private office in East Syracuse,NY. Other portions of my ER records were NEVER LOCATED UNKNOWN IF HE STOLE THEM OR DESTROYED THEM. a few days later he had me go to his office in E SYR.NY , for a stress test, when I was walking on his tredmill machine he suddenly without saying anything to me did a back exam on me which buckled both my legs, causing me to fall on both my knees. I was ,draged on the machine on my belly, hit the wall Knocked out unconscious on the floor, when I came to he was on both his knees over me with his two nurses, screaming at me like a mad man who lost his mind, he did write a medical note to my Primary Care Physician stating he did press a spot on my lower back & I fell. My husband and I could NOT sue him REASON; KATHY SPANO,Investigator at NY State Dept.of Health told us he had died, Recently discovery became known to us he is ALIVE & well & still practicing @ St.Joseph's Hospital. He gives the Medical profession a bad name,

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious.
