Under his care for @ 3-4 years. No staff, but will return a call promptly, 24/7. Dr. Lans is an extraordinary physician. His knowledge of basic health issues and pain management is extensive.Anyone who complains of a mis-diagnosis of addictive disease is most probably in denial and angry that they could not manipulate this wise doctor into their furthering their agenda. I have found that he is very sympathetic to pain issues and will do everything he can to help a patient to find comfort in their own skin. He will help you to discover how to best manage your pain. A very good listener and a kind and caring gentleman. Mrs. JK
