I left this provider today very disappointed and frustrated. Dr. Oberhand schedules his appointments 15 minutes apart and by 10:30 he was just seeing his 10 am. I asked if I could go out and come back to get my daughter during the time I was waiting for him (the school is only a few blocks away) and the receptionist said no. She was uncompromising and completely unresponsive to my frustration of having gotten there early in hopes that he would be on time for our scheduled appointment. In the end I cancelled my appointment with out rescheduling. I would rather find a doctor who respects the time of his patients and has a staff the does the same.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. He is a truly outstanding doctor. Particularly with younger people he is loved almost to the point of a cult because he treats them so well and always follows up to make sure they are as comfortable as possible after surgery.
