They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

It was very clear that this doctor and his physical therapist were working for the worker's compensation company and not the patient. I didn't realize just how bad I was being treated until worker's comp dismissed my case and I found treatment elsewhere. In 2 weeks of therapy elsewhere I feel better than I felt with 6 weeks of therapy at Essex Ortho Group.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
