Many years ago Dr. Gartner delivered my daughter at Valley Hospital. He was very young at the time and was just great. I still remember how calm and relaxed he was. He was also very flexible during my pregnancy and did not impose complete bed rest as another doctor wanted to do. I wonder if he remembers. My daughter is in her 30s now and as beautiful as on the day he delivered her: August 11, 1983.
