I been going to dr.Onat for years and he's a good dr. and spends a decent amount of time with us. as for the comment below you sound very ignorant do you even know how the medical field works??? he never denies medicine unless you haven't been there. my whole family goes to him and we never have problems like that. Another thing we go for a check up every six months so I can get my regular meds. you have to go get blood work done and get your vitals check at least every six months and if you fail to do so then you will not get your meds.

My review is for the Office Staff employed at Dr. Onat's office. She is unresponsive to faxes, messages are not delivered to doctor, ignores requests to have vital medication refilled, and has a rude, condescending tone overall when speaking to you. She even suggested that we see a different doctor closer by and to stop seeing Dr. Onat. I'm sure he would be thrilled to hear that his angry secretary is telling his customers/patients to seek medical help elsewhere. Great for business! If you want to deal with a world-class jerk of a receptionist/office staff then go and book an appointment.

It's pretty obvious the earlier two reviews were written by his own staff. Going out of their way to make you feel special and welcomed? How about going out of their way to make it a hassle to get a vital medication refilled more like it.
