I've been going to Marcy Goldstein for a few years now. I'd say I've been to see her about 5 times over the last few years. Each time I go, the wait is ridiculous. She triple books her appointments. This last time I waited an hour between my arrival and the time I saw her. I had to schedule on my lunch hour because she's booked in the evenings. I asked her staff when was the best time to come to avoid a long wait and they gave me right after lunch hour, but even that was useless advice. Needless to say I was late getting back to work! And that's not the first time this has happened. The time before this some lunatic came in 20 minutes after my arrival screaming about the wait, so they put me in one exam room while they let HIM take my appointment. That time I had to wait over an hour and 20 minutes to see her. I was furious when I saw him leaving all happy like nothing is wrong while I'm stressed out because I'm so late returning to work. She also has no bedside manner whatsoever. I have psoriasis and when I mentioned it had spread I got "yeah, it would", no recommendation on what to do or even speak about issues surrounding the flares like diet or stress. I'm just someone to be pushed down the assembly line. I'm really fed up with her and won't be returning again. I can't take the stress of the wait anymore, it's beyond ridiculous. I wouldn't mind if she were an amazing doctor with cutting edge skills and a great bedside manner, I'd wait in that case. But she's not THAT great and its pretty obvious with her treatment of my psoriasis that her skills do not exceed that of any other Dermatologists in Bergen County. I'll find another Doctor that has an interest in my health and a respect for my time.
