They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. She was also MIA when my baby was ready to be borne because she was having her hair done. Do not use this doctor.
