I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I never ever had to wait to get to see him.
