We have been patients of Dr. Rogers for about 13 years and could not be happier. Dr. Rogers is patient and friendly, he listens to what you have to say and makes you feel comfortable enough to not be embarrassed to ask or tell him any issues you may have. We have always been able to schedule an appointment very quickly, and more than once, they have been able to schedule us for the same day! The entire staff is very friendly and attentive, and we've never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes to be seen. An additional plus to this office, is that after regular business hours, it turns into an urgent care clinic from 6-10pm, and with being regular patients there, they have all our medical records at their fingertips. This makes an urgent care visit much easier and faster, as well as comforting to know that the next day, when your regular Doctor comes in, he will be updated that one of his patients was in the evening before.

Dr Rogers is a great doctor. He takes time to actually LISTEN to the patient. He not only listens to the patient but he asks questions so that he has a complete understanding of the situation/history of the patient. While I give Dr. Rogers high marks, his staff is another story. It's a mixed bag when it comes to customer service with them. I understand that Rx renewals, especially dealing with narcotics/pain meds is touchy, but that doesn't excuse the fact that some of these people can't understand how to read a calendar or understand inclusive dates on a Rx. I've never gotten through to someone live on the nurses line. I've always had to leave a message. I would estimate that I get a calback about 30% of the time. More medical staff should be available to answer patients questions. Someone is ALWAYS available to make an appointment of course so why not have someone available to talk person to person about an issue? I've never had any problems with my bills being paid but I would assume there is always someone available to discuss monies owed to them.
