I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The front office staff was wonderful about helping me maximize how they'd use my insurance. I couldn't have been more informed or satisfied.

Office management and billing is terrible though. I constantly have problems with moving credits to cover other accounts after insurance payments has been made. Make sure to check your EOB's and contracted rates for insurance adjustments that are not applied to account and left to the account as amount due. :-(

Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
