They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I wasn't able to pay my copay all at once but Julie allowed me to make payments over time and helped me a lot. I'm not sure what the crack-pot was thinking when they wrote the review before me, but it sounds like another crazy Spokanite. My experiences have all been wonderful.

I feel they over charge for service. How else will they pay for their outrageous office? They are not understanding what-so-ever of an individual’s current and/or financial situation or circumstances. If you can't pay right away, you're SOL and IF you're lucky to get to try payments; it's also unreasonable (at least $100 or more a month). They only decent staff is/are the assistants and hygienists. There was no empathy from either Doctor; it was a feeling of if you can't pay their outrageous costs at that very moment than you're not worthy of them being your Doctor's. As if it was a privilege to be their patient! Worst part is; I learned that while I was under their "care" all the work they did within a year and a half they not only maxed out my insurance twice AND I had an out of pocket bill between $1,000 - 1,500 as well; and then the bombshell ... I went to a completely different dentist and I was informed that each and every tooth that was treated by Correll Dental required additional work or needed to be totally redone!!! Unbelievable!! Unless you have money to spare for throwing away, I would NOT waste your time or money with them!!!

Most of the time, they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I found out that they don't have a good professional reputation among other dentists. Whenever I've heard other dentists talk about them it was obvious they weren't respected. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important
