When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. They know that I have a special needs child and are very empathetic with my issues with her.The dentist is very friendly and patient when he is with me.His hygenist is the sweetest most gentle person that has ever worked with me.The dentist visit is one that I actually enjoy twice a year.I believe that they truly enjoy providing dental care to the community.The dentist and some staff members are also bilingual,that's a plus.
