Dr. Lanese has been my dentist for years and is a very skilled and experienced dentist who has patience. He is very gentle and his chairside manner is excellent. His staff is very friendly and welcoming. They always offer bottled water and coffee while waiting for my appointment. They are punctual and very informative whenever I do have questions. I actually enjoy my visits to this office and would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of an excellent dentist. I've been in great hands for years and know you will be too!

When I originally made an appt, I was told that all appts are made a month out...I didn't think that was odd since I would be a new patient. When the time finally came I did not receive a reminder call and ultimately missed the appt. I realize that it was my fault for not keeping better records but a courtesy call would have been nice. Since I accepted responsibility, again made another appt. Again It was made a month out. I asked if there was any way I could be seen sooner since technically I had already waited my time. They said absolutely not, again I agreed. When the end of my second month finally came...I got a call the AFTERNOON BEFORE my appt. saying that they had a cancellation and they were moving everyone up and that my appt was moved from 1:00pm to 11:00am. I asked that it would be great if I could stay at my regular time of 1:00pm since I do work and have had this event on my schedule for a month and a half. I said it really wasn't fair to be moved on such short notice. The receptionist had no sympathy and pretty much said that this was not her problem and they they couldn't do anything about it. I ended the call with saying..."I will have to re-do my schedule and see if I could get the time off to meet the new appt time of 11:00am" then I hung up. Apparently the receptionist took this to mean that I could not make it and to cancel my appt. Imagine my surprise when I show up at 11:00am and they don't have me on the list and my position was already filled with someone else. Then the receptionist has the nerve to say that they will be willing to see me at my originally schedule time of 1:00pm. This got me really upset since I specifically asked the afternoon before to be left at my original time and was told NO!

There is no sympathy at this office. I have tried for 2 months to be seen, and it just didn't happen... Just like I told the office people that day...I will be taking my business somewhere else and will be submitting a complaint with my insurance!
